Lilah earned her BS in Biology from SUNY Purchase in 1994 and her Masters’ degree in Physical Therapy from New York Medical College in 1998. She is a martial artist who has ranked as black belt in Isshin-Ryu karate and also an avid yogi, certified as a yoga instructor. Ms. Brand received a certificate of achievement for completing the NAMI Basics Education Program in 2013, a course teaching the fundamentals of caring for yourself, your family and your child through mental illness.
